This data enabled Forrester Consulting to create a financial model that shows that a composite organization utilizing Zoom experiences a profit of $ 46.23 million over three years, compared to a cost of $12.81 million, resulting in a net present value of $ 33.42 million and ROI of 261%.

Their research also showed that Zoom improved resilience during the pandemic for organizations, enhanced both customer and employee satisfaction, and created a boost in employee collaboration.
