This process requires a clear line of communication and understanding between the engineering team and the integration team. This vital communication will continue from the initial handoff through the install into the completion of the solution.

Performing a pre-install meeting with the integration team allows them to adequately plan for the install and address any concerns prior to the onsite work beginning.
