Here are some of the new RingCentral phone features:

• Missed Calls: Forwards the missed call to a specific extension.
• Vacation: You can forward your calls to a specific person while you’re on vacation.
• Option to route company call handling and routing to an “Announcement Box or Voicemail Box”.
• After the in-office or desk phone has already rung, the mobile or desktop apps can automatically take the call.

These new features are all a part of RingCentral’s focus this year on elevating their advanced user customizations and call routing options.
