Consultation is the first phase in our client experience and possibly the most important. We can design an amazing solution, install it to perfection and support it after the fact but ultimately it needs to align with the long-term vision and goal of your organization. We believe there is value in taking time to gain an understanding of your goals and working alongside with your company to address the real need behind your solution.
Once we’ve obtained a mutual understanding of your vision, we can address it with precision, making sure that it meets the needs of the short term and aligns with the long-term. We’re not looking for one-time clients, we’re looking to invest in a partnership with you. Spending an appropriate amount of time in this consultation phase ensures that what we provide now will serve your needs far into the future.
In every process, each phase plays a key role. When a phase is looked over or not utilized correctly, it can have a tremendous negative effect on the phases that follow it. Fully addressing and utilizing the consultation phase will ensure that the remaining phases of your project are set up for success.
